Texas Flag
Flag of Texas, McKinney, Texas, 2009; Dominique and I drove down to Dallas for thanksgiving, where Lisa had encouraged me to do the Texas flag on Grandma's roof. The last time I tried to do the Texas flag, I ended up with heavy winds and grey skies, so it was nice to have the weather on my side for a change. View More

Flag of Louisiana, Kansas City, Missouri, 2009;

Right after going to Dallas, I drove to New Orleans, and spent some time with my old buddy, Bonnie Garrigan; we went out to Lake Pontchartrain a few times to see how the water looked, and though it never was quite blue enough for the Louisiana flag, we threw boomerangs around. Fun fun fun!

Flag of Texas #2 This at the beginning of the Summer; I went down to Grandma's house and stayed with her while staying busy working out in the garage.

I think I talked with Jameson on the phone or something and he said he'd come help me set up; he shows up in this AMAZING Mercedes, and it just belonged in the photographs of Albania.

CMS stands for Content Management System. Wordpress is perhaps the best known CMS, allowing someone who knows little about html to build a website. But Wordpress can be a little heavyweight for the average artist.

Most artists want a simple website that showcases their work, and for a long time there was nothing of the sort. Enter the Portfolio CMS, which have begun to crop up, I think the first one was maybe indexhibit. Now there's a handful of these, and its a great alternative to otherpeoplespixels, which you'll end up paying nearly a thousand dollars for after a few years, as opposed to owning your domain and finding some cheap or free hosting for it. Get off the internet and find a friend who does websites to help you out.

The artists below each exhibit artwork that I feel close to, whether it's because of similarities in style, perspective, or my interest in bringing people together and having fun. This is the result of years of keeping my eyes and ears open for artists whose work closely aligns itself with different parts of my work.
